We invite you to be a part of the MICA stakeholder community.

Over the years, MICAns have carved a niche for themselves in innumerable Indian and
Multinational establishments. Our students have gained rich industry experience by means of
Summer internships in some of the best corporate houses. The appreciation of our partners
is reflected in MICA's PPO to batch strength ratio, the highest among management schools in
India. Each year, more and more organizations are discovering the value that the MICAn edge
provides.

Process

• Pre-placement presentations between Nov 1st and Dec 23rd
• All selection processes apart from GDs and interviews to be held before the final placement week
• Career profiles critical for student choice of company
• Companies invited on campus in order of student preference

Experienced Candidates:

Our graduates with industry experience are seeking direct management entry into
organizations. Companies may interact with and recruit these candidates throughout
November and December.
