The Under Leveraged Power for your Balance Sheet
The above seminar was held in collaboration with
the British Council on 13th January 2005 at the British
Council premises at Mumbai. Participation in the programme
was by invitation only. British Council has sent invitations
to CEOs about 25 people attended which included MDs
and very senior managers from several multi national
companies.
The speakers stressed the fact the Design Management
can make a significant difference to the companies
financial performance by differentiating the products,
by motivating employees and partners and by harnessing
and channelising creativity to meet organizational
goals. It creates brand experiences and culture which
influences share holder value and market shares. The
speakers concluded that no company can achieve leadership
or market dominance without having a robust design
management in place.
