• LIC Housing Finance on Customer Centric Marketing – conducted a TNA and trained 180 managers over two months

• Brand Management Assessment study for Philips (India) Ltd. (completed)

• A two week international assignment as ‘Assessor’ of Project Proposal cfp EU- India Cross Cultural Programme – Entrepreneurial Networking

• ‘Assam Governance and Public Resource Management Project’ on Social Safety Net and Business Incubation Centre for Price Waterhouse Coopers and Asian Development Bank project Completed a project on Behavioral Change Communications for Health services in Gujarat, Funded by UNFPA, and GoG on health issues such as Family planning, breast feeding, sexual changes in Adolescent

• A research study on ‘Impact of Globalization on Garment Industry: A study of Home workers in Garment Industry” for SEWA and National Council for Applied Economic Research and initiated by Ford Foundation, New Delhi.

• Competency based HR system for Self-employed women Association (SEWA a NGOs) and SEWA Trade Facilitation Centre; incorporated as a limited company- The assignment involved preparation of role directory of employees, conducted performance appraisals; designed a curriculum for SEWA for conducting a one-year UNIFEM Training Programme for south Asia countries.

Organized International Workshop on "Innovations in Training for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development at EDI 27-28 April, 1993) It was attended by 90 delegates from developed and developing countries and 28 papers were presented covering three thrust areas: (1) Innovations in Entrepreneurship Education (2) Innovations in New Enterprise Creation Training Programmes, and (3) Innovations in Enterprise Growth and Development (1993)

2. Successful Strategies for Small and Medium Size Enterprises (Two days) for Southern Region of India in collaboration with Confederation of Engineering Industry (CEI) at Bangalore, 1990.
