Most sessions will be
interactive using plenty of examples and
exercises, case studies, classroom discussion,
group exercises and presentations to create
an atmosphere of learning by doing. The
periodic assignments will allow the participants
to develop skills required for the complete
process of ideas generation and elaboration
from doodles to full-blown multimedia
campaigns.
COURSE RATIONALE
Finding talented young people in the creative
department is perhaps not very difficult.
The difficulty lies in finding talented
people who have honed their skills and
are ready to deliver the goods from Day
One. That is why most advertising agencies
recruit trainees and have to train them.
This has special relevance to the creative
dimension of the advertising world, particularly
copywriting.
CCC creates ‘ideators’ who
can also execute the ideas independently
in any of the following streams: Copywriting,
Art Direction, TV Commercials or Digital
Design. Students are trained in the relevance
of the communications brief even if it
means redefining the problems, as the
first step towards finding solutions.
